Rachel, how is your new companionship? Where is Sister Lamb from? What is your favorite thing about her?
Hna Lamb is from Panama, but her parents are American. So, she speaks both languages fluently and actually she almost never speaks to me in Spanish, but we’re working on that. Her Spanish was really hard to understand at first because she talks really fast and eats her S’s. I like her cause she’s super bold and we don’t mess around.
What is the traffic like where you are? What type of car do you drive?
It’s like Utah more or less. Lots of construction, not a ton of traffic unless you go out right when school gets out. I drive a Chevy Malibu 2009. It’s the 4th car I’ve driven here in the mission and my least favorite. It’s terrible at making turns and I hate having my companion get out of the car to back me up.

I actually have all new investigators because I’m in a new area, and to be honest we don’t have very many. The investigator we’ve worked with the most since I got to Liahona 3rd is Edwin. Edwin is 11 and his family recently became active again in the church. He’ll be getting baptized on Saturday and I’m pretty excited about it 🙂 We have some other investigators with dates but they’ll have to get moved back if they don’t come to church this week 🙁
