Hola

Hey Family.

Not a whole lot to report this week, and I was planning on writing everyone letters but then Sis Falcon had a meeting yesterday and getting my hair cut took longer than I thought it would. Haha, I finally got my hair trimmed for the first time in 4 months. Oh missions make you so lazy about the most random things. I buy fancy shampoos now but don’t take the time to actually do anything with my hair. Oh well, hopefully it will be ridiculously long by the time I get back. Anyways… Continue reading “Hola”

Oh so many tacos.

Questions:
Have you gotten your Valentine’s packages?

YES!! Thanks so much for the camera!  And also for the peeps. I put scriptures about love on all the Valentines and put them in all the sister’s cubbies in the vc. Sister Falcon also told me to tell you, “Thank you very much.” She was very grateful for the card 🙂
I was wondering what Valentine’s day would be like on the mission, especially because it was supposed to be my P-day, and they planned a mission wide meeting from 8:30-1:00 pm. The meeting ended up being watching 17 Miracles and eating lasagna. After which instead of being productive like I’d been planning on, I slept for 3 hours. So lazy. So good. Annd Sis Falcon gave me a box with Hello Kitty post-it’s, stickers, and pen. Woot! I was not organized enough to have planned anything for her… Ha, and she had to use the help of my mission “family”. Sensunapan… month 6

FAMILIA!

Rachel is your Spanish improving with your new companion?
Uh? Probably? I can’t really tell to be honest. The members in the branch say I’m getting better because now when they ask how my Spanish is I say, “Mal.” And apparently before I couldn’t even understand that. Yeah, I’m a genius. Continue reading “FAMILIA!”

This is the End…

Dearest most adoring family mine,

Yeah, don’t know why I put that title, just felt like it.  I might be outa Sensunapan in a couple weeks when the cambios roll around again, but we’ll see.  It would be pretty sad for me if I did go and Familia Cano got baptized… but I really don’t know with these crazy people that won’t exercise more faith in each other.
