So, This week went alright. We did a lot of contacting and weren’t able to find many but we’ll keep working on that. With our investigators if I remember right we only had a lesson with 1 matrimony. We did have a lesson with Hermano Marcos and Hermana Nancy about family history and Hermano Marcos got really excited. It was pretty awesome! Honestly I don’t have a whole lot to say this week, but I’d like to share my testimony.
I KNOW that The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints really is Christ’s church and God’s kingdom here on the Earth. I know that he has a plan of happiness which requires our faith and diligence to achieve eternal happiness. I know that we are capable of becoming like our Heavenly Father only through making mistakes and progressing through the atoning sacrifice of Jesus Christ. I know that our Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ really do want us to be happy and they are doing all that they can to help us. I’d like to give you all the invitation to watch the conference talk from October 2013 by President Uchtdorf called “Come, join with us” It’s an amazing talk. We shared it in a branch Family Home Evening and all of the members had this look of awe after we finished it. 😀 It might be my new favorite talk.
