Well family I’m going to be honest. I am still kind of sleepy from my nap, and I can’t remember what happened this week.
I know there was a hello kitty sock miracle. Where I was able to relate to a 13 year-old potential investigator over hello kitty.I ate 2 thanksgiving dinners (lunches) one at 12 and then again right after at 1. I actually think it’s a pretty good approach because the first dinner is like a warm up for the second.
Christmas lights started and it’s crazy. So far no break downs from exhaustion.
No bike problems this week.
Eric is still our main focus. His mom did stop him from coming to church on Sunday, but we were able to teach both of them the plan of salvation, and she really wants to go to the temple with her family. She also seems excited about Eric going to mutual and making more friends. We will definitely show her the For Strength of the Youth pamphlet. I think it will mean a lot to her especially because her too older sons definitely don’t make some of the best choices. The biggest struggle is having the time to meet them because of the Christmas lights.
Dulce and Pascaul came to a lesson with us after church which was great. Pascaul also received the priesthood this Sunday 🙂
