Well… I have nothing to say. Happy Birthday a couple days ago to Rachel! I sent a card… probably didn’t get there yet.. My bad.
This week was pretty interesting, we had exchanges last Monday and I got to be with Hermana Hatfield, pretty sure she is the coolest person in the world. We stayed up really late with some nice pillow talk, and then changed the lives of millions. AKA we translated at a food bank. Then we went back to our normal comps and areas.
So this is my bad day of the week: Well we woke up and ran which seemed to be unbelievably hard. Then we got all fancy pants ready for the day with my Sperries (since toms are now outlawed). Then I gave my training.. and I felt like I wanted to die, and faint. Also found out apparently I was allotted the most time. Then pres and I talked about people’s problems and how I can help them. Then I hit a pile of brick that were in the road that I couldn’t see and got a dent in the front bumper… which we will have to get fixed (not my fault). SO glad that is where tithing money is headed to. Yikes. Then we went to dinner like 2 hrs after eating lunch, and I vomited off and on for about an hr after dinner. Yeeehaw. But don’t worry after I was done throwing up I felt fine and we went right back out 🙂
So that was my bad day.. but the rest of the week was better. Our ward mission leader loves us, I think we may have gotten the bishop to like us a lot more, and work with us a little bit. We are going to drop our investigator who was on date like three times, because he is doing absolutely nothing. Fortunately though we think we have gotten a little bit of direction on where to go and what to do.
I don’t really have a funny story I can think of this week, except the huge amount of junk food Hermana Croft and I bought for our birthday week. Pretty sure everything we eat this week we will say “it’s ok it’s birthday week.” ya.. I am already fat. OH well. I love myself, but I hate myself. (also for those who don’t know that’s a quote.
Did you get your package? Did they charge you for it? I DID!! thank you thank you!! and also they didn’t!! tennnnnder mercies!!
How is the sister training going? What do you do for that? Well… Who even knows? mainly I just get to talk to the Herms as much as I want and I go on an exchange with all of them, and report to pres about it. Then I do trainings and go to MLC (mission leadership council) once a month.
I feel like I put a lot of things in parenthesis this e-mail.
Love you all,
Hermana Holladay
