“doubt your doubts.”

I literally have nothing to write about. This week warden smelled worse than ever. Every day it smells more like vomit and more like poop. Sorry for saying dirty words. 🙂 I am kind of getting used to it though. Maybe by the time I leave I will miss the smell of warden. HAHA PSYCH. That’s not going to happen. I’m sure I’ll miss a lot of things but that putrid smell isn’t one of them.

Carlos- Mangster #1 is making progress. He came to church this week and stayed all three hrs. He has also read about 20 pages in the Book of Mormon! atta Carlos. Just pray for him like twenty times a day. That’s all. We taught him the Gospel of Jesus Christ this week and he keeps bringing up getting baptized, however the whole gang thing is kind of a problem. Fortunately I think the Alpha Male (gang leader? I’m not really sure what they’re called) he loves us and wants everyone to learn from us. He’s also probably one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. People and their craziness of doing bad things… I wish that culture could get smashed to little bits and pieces.

Oh, we found out who the apostle who is coming. IT’s Elder BALLARD! I’m so pumped! Really, president said that I get to shake his hand, and I’ve never been more excited for a hand shake in my life! I’ll never wash it again. JK that’s nasty.

We ate meat loaf cooked in a pumpkin this week. It was odd. It’s unfortunate how often I get fed meat loaf, it doesn’t really phase me anymore. Although if I can make a request for when I get home, please don’t cook me meat loaf, even if it’s cooked in a pumpkin.

We have zone conference this week. And the elders and I performed a pretty kick bum zone training if I do say so myself. We are still praying for both the mission and our zone to hit the goals. We did something that is called the fall ‘3’ for all. So three new investigators per companionship every week. YA we shattered it. It felt good to hit a goal on a bigger scale finally. Now we just have the mission to worry about.

The atonement is real. The Lord wants us to repent every day and be forgiven. We are meant to be imperfect. To quote elder Holland we will all be “breathtakingly perfect both in body and in mind.” 🙂

Love you to the ends of the world.
