Satan is Like a Kidney Stone

Hey family-

So last Monday we ended up in the ER from 10-1 in the morning for my companion and a kidney stone. We are still patiently waiting the exit of the stone. It was really weird to be out so late at night, and to be wearing sweat pants out in public. Don’t worry I remembered to grab my name tag. Also, I made sure to film her after they gave her the heavy drugs, so you don’t have to worry about that.

I’ve mainly been playing the nurse this last week, and forcing my poor comp. to drink fluids like crazy and to keep on top of the pain as much as possible, and eat, etc. We have made many puzzles and I think I now have heard every conference talk ever.(Just a slight exaggeration). 🙂

I have gotten to go out a little bit with a couple of different people, and it feels like sweet victory every time I see the light of day. Every day we are certain that the stone will pass. But today I’m sure that the stone will pass!!

Another unexpected lesson given to you by Heavenly Father.

This week I compared the kidney stone to Satan. Both are so small (I’m serious the thing is only 4mm across) and so insignificant, but both cause so much pain and so many troubles.

We are really really hoping and doing what we can to help Jorge stop smoking. It is time! Someone needs to slap Satan and let that man get baptized already!
Luis is still MIA.
Elva the miracle find has been avoiding us.
Yesterday at church there were less active members everywhere. We ran out of programs! It was a great feeling. 🙂 We also had 5 people who only spoke Spanish.

TODAY IS THE DAY.

see you all soon, I love you with all the love I posses,
Hermana Holladay

PS Hermana Correa wants to be a part of the family.

PPS I got my travel plans this week. I’ll enter the airport at 4:06 and I forgot the portal… oops.. I’ll hopefully remember that next week.
