Vamos Chile!!

Hola Familia!

So, this week we’ve been working really hard. 🙂 We found 5 new investigators and had 4 people in church. It’s kind of interesting because we keep on finding more and everything every single week. Hopefully that continues! Good news, my feet should be alright. I will need surgery but I’m pretty sure that will wait for home in November or something. So the cool stuff that happened this week.

We had a crazy member from Concepción who’s name is Pedro and he accompanied us for like 4 days in a row before he headed back home. Then on Wednesday we had an intercambio with our sister training leaders and it was cool because I was with Hna Dennert who was my sister training leader for 3 cambios in Cautin and she told me about how much I’ve changed and that I’m a good missionary and stuff. I think she exaggerated quite a bit but she helped me to see that I have improved a bit and it’s kind of nice to see that. It makes it feel like maybe I’ve actually accomplished a little. 🙂 Haha! Actually I think I’ve a accomplished a lot.
This month I’ve also learned how to use my money better. I wasn’t planning on learning about that in the mission but in the mission we are given a certain amount for food and stuff every month and Ive not been very good about being frugal. I make it through fine but in the end of the month I don’t save anything and this month I arrived in Cabrero at the beginning of the month and had already spent a bit in Cautín and to travel to Cabrero so I ended up having about half the money that I normally have and somehow Ive made it through the entire month. I bought really simple food for breakfast but its honestly great. Im excited to have some extra money by the end of next month so that I can put some money into my emergency bag. I never realized how many useless extra stuff I bought until I didn’t have money to buy it. #Learningslowlyaboutlife
