Well, it seems that every time I get on here my mind goes blank. There must have been some things that happened that would be interesting to know about, but they sure hide from me when I get on here. Um, someone read my palms and asked me if I was really nervous, if I liked to swim, and if I have really fragile health.
Yes, yes, and… no…..
Questions:
How long does it take a letter mailed through the post office to get to you? Do you know how long it takes for a letter to arrive through pouch mail? Is it better for us to use the post office?

I really don’t know. You guys probably know by now I’m 100% disorder and about 90% distraction and I have a 70% chance of not understanding anything that has to do with numbers and counting and dates… I’ve only noticed that it doesn’t take very long to get a letter from San Salvador to where I am, but I think it’s probably about 3 wks to get a letter to me in the mail, and I don’t understand pouch mail, because I just barely got a letter from Hannah that she sent me when I was leaving Guatemala MTC.
Have you realized that you are already about half way through your missions? Do you feel like it has it gone fast?
Yes, it’s gone by really fast after my first six weeks. The first six weeks was like a year. But I still feel like I have a long, long time, and I wouldn’t mind going home sometimes… but no. We’re persevering ’til the end.
What is the most beautiful thing about the area you are in? (Talking about the nature side of things.)
The plants. Candelaria is more like what I pictured when I pictured El Salvador. There aren’t lots of flowers, just lots of trees, and I feel like the hills look out of proportion because the trees are big on them, like a little kids picture, it weirds me out. Maybe I can take a photo sometime if no one’s around.
How are all of your investigators doing? I do pray for them, but sometimes I’m praying for the girl whose man doesn’t want to commit to marriage instead of remembering their names, but I know Heavenly Father is aware of each of them and he knows their names even if I sometimes flake.
The girl who has a flaky husband is Dayana. She went to church. 🙂 We’re working with them. She looks like Kristin (cousin). She’s really pretty. Her husband should be afraid to lose her, he’s not very smart, she might figure out she could do better if he doesn’t hurry up… we have 3 baptisms this week if all goes really really well.
Are your baptisms going to go through for this week Rebekah? Tell them we are proud of them and that this will be a decision they will never regret, because the gospel is the key to true happiness in this life.
See above.
